My wife alleges that she is harassed for Motorcycle, freeze, colour TV and again she claims that her father fulfilled some of it like freeze (Rs 7200/-), Sadharan TV, Maxi, Iron, Inverter (Rs. 9800/-) etc at Delhi. But, Luckily, I had purchased it at Delhi through cheque and my wife’s very basic allegation is false obviously and when she has written her father for one lakhs rupees demanded by me dated 28.8.2004, plz. see that I have furnished her father the draft of Rs.4000/- dated 30th May 2003 in my wife’s maternity cases taking advance from GPF and Rs. 15000/-dated 17.5.2004 taking loan from Bank for my wife to take admission in B. Ed.
She enclosing a letter dt.15.8.2003 in the case has stated beating by husband yesterday. But in investigation her witness her parents & brother has given statement that she was in Delhi on 15.8.2003 and her husband was out from the room for 15 days. The truth is that my wife and in laws were doing Gundagardi on 15.8.03.
